Wild Weather Across the Bible Belt

And He said, “Go out and stand on the mount before the Lord.” And behold, the Lord passed by, and a great and strong wind tore the mountains and broke in pieces the rocks before the Lord, but the Lord was not in the wind. And after the wind an earthquake, but the Lord was not in the earthquake. And after the earthquake a fire, but the Lord was not in the fire. And after the fire the sound of a low whisper. (1 Kings 19:11-12 ESV)
God spoke to Elijah after all of these events occurred: a mighty wind, an earthquake, and fire. God was not in these events, but He spoke after they occurred. All three of these things have occurred and God is speaking to His people. In the Passover message of 2024, God had it titled, “A Storm is Coming.” Little did I know that it would be literal and not metaphorical. The storm has arrived!
A Lunar Eclipse on the Fast of Esther and Feast of Purim marked the empowerment of the Witness of the Second Coming. The very next day, wild weather broke out across the Bible Belt in the United States. The Weather Channel describes it as “a multi-day, deadly severe weather outbreak” as it spawned 105 tornadoes in 14 states, along with damaging thunderstorm winds from the South to the Midwest and Eastern America. The outbreak received a score of 136 on the Outbreak Intensity Score (OIS), classifying it as a "historic" outbreak. The number of tornadoes is expected to increase in the following days as reports are gathered.
The majority of the tornadoes occurred in “Tornado Alley” a region of the United States that experiences over 1000 twisters every year. This three-three day-long storm had some unique aspects associated with it:

Forty-one were categorized as “strong” tornadoes, those that produced at least EF2 damage on the Enhanced Fujita scale
A storm spawned 30 tornadoes earlier in March: only one was “strong”
Typically, about 8.4% are EF2: 60-120 per year.
Three tornadoes were rated EF4, a threshold the NWS classifies as violent tornadoes.
Two incidents occurred on the same day in the same state: Arkansas
For the first time in 28 years.
As this storm raged across America, west of the tornadoes, disaster struck. The high winds across the plains kicked up a dust storm and spawned wildfires! A combination of damaging winds, dust storms, and brush fires created chaos across the region, destroying hundreds of homes and causing vehicle pileups as far as the eye could see.

One of the deadliest pileups occurred along Interstate 70 near the Kansas-Colorado state line
71 vehicles were involved.
In Texas and Oklahoma, 200,000 acres were burned
More than 20,000 people were without electricity for more than a day

After the fires, on Saturday, the 15th, a 3.0 earthquake hit Magee, Mississippi. A storm lasting for three days and a 3.0 earthquake, and a fire, three things within three days.
Three is God’s number of perfection and completion in spiritual matters, for God is perfect and complete and comprised of three parts: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. With all three of these incidents occurring after He appeared and before He spoke to Elijah, God is saying something to His people! Let’s look at this one step at a time.
The Tornadoes
A tornado is a strong wind event. The wind is a movement in the spirit realm. A tornado often represents a battle in the spiritual realm as spiritual enemies collide and cause damage in the physical world.

When examining the map of the locations of the tornadoes it shows that the majority of them are clustered into a straight line. The pattern of those tornadoes looked familiar. The Holy Spirit reminded me of the solar eclipse in 2024, which was one of three that announced the arrival of the Two Witnesses and the Witness of the Second Coming (see that message here).

When we look at the eclipse of 2024 and the line of tornadoes we see that they are an exact match! The highest concentration of tornadoes was spawned in the places where the full eclipse could be seen. The solar eclipse of 2024 announced the commissioning of the church and ministry that the Witness of the Second Coming would oversee. The lunar eclipse on March 13, the day before this storm began, announced the commissioning of the job of the Witness of the Second Coming. The effects of this person’s job can be seen in the meaning of the tornadoes in two ways:
Just as John the Baptist prepared God’s people for the coming Messiah by preaching repentance from sin, so too will this witness prepare the body of Christ for His second coming by reminding the Body of Christ of God’s ways. Right before Jesus appeared, the Pharisees led God’s people in following many traditions. Hundreds of them. Here is what Jesus said about it:
Making the word of God of none effect through your tradition, which you have delivered: and many such like things do you. (Mark 7:13 AKJV)
Just as the Pharisees taught people according to long-held traditions, so do churches today. When we encounter a teaching that contradicts the way “most churches” are doing things, we should determine if the teaching is supported by scripture. As Christians begin turning from traditions and sin, the enemy will be removed and seek new targets, much like a wind blowing from one place to another.
Also, as a prophet, the Witness of the Second Coming serves as the mouthpiece of God. As they speak God’s correction into this earth, those who do not heed what is said will be corrected by God. Those who refuse to turn from sin will be vulnerable to attacks from the enemy. There have been 105 tornadoes to date, more may be recorded in the days to come.
100: a generation
5: grace
The job of the Witness of the Second Coming is a display of God’s grace for this generation. The parable of the ten virgins shows that half of those waiting for their Betrothed, Jesus, are left behind. Our loving Father is sending someone to help more people make it into the wedding!
What happened during this three-day storm verifies the Witness’s job. Forty-one powerful tornadoes caused significant damage. This number has two negative meanings, both apply here:
A divided kingdom
Rehoboam was the son of King Solomon. It was during the earliest days of his rule, when he was 41, that the united kingdom of Israel split into two kingdoms.
Persecution from evil leadership
In 41 B.C., Marc Antony (of Antony and Cleopatra fame) promoted Herod the Great to the position of Roman Tetrarch over Jerusalem and Galilee. After Jesus was born, his son killed all the children under two years of age.
In 41 AD, after Emperor Caligula is assassinated, he was made king over Judea and Samaria. This Herod is notorious for murdering the Apostle James, thus becoming the first person to kill one of the original apostles (see Acts 12:1-5, 19-23).
As the Witness of the Second Coming brings correction to long-held traditions, the body of Christ will become divided: those willing to follow God’s ways and those who are not. Forty-three people were killed by this storm or in storm-related events within the first week.
40: The wilderness experience
God used Moses to deliver His people from Egypt. For forty years, they wandered in the wilderness learning God’s ways.
3: Perfection and completion in the spirit
This is a time when God is perfecting Christians, just as Moses helped teach Israel God’s ways in the wilderness. Just as it was with Israel, so it will be with Christians; those who continued to rebel against God’s ways were not able to enter the “promised land.”
Fire, Dust, and Car Crashes
Fire represents a correction from God. Dust is dirt stirred up by the wind. Dirt is the flesh, and wind is the spirit. Those mixing the flesh and the world with what is spiritual will come under strong correction.
Cars represent our movement forward in our lives: jobs and ministry. Seventy-one crashed on Interstate 70.
Interstate 70:
An interstate allows us to travel without stopping.
Seventy is made up of the factors of two perfect numbers:
Seven: perfection in the physical
Ten: Complete Government and God's law.
Seventy (70) elders were appointed by Moses (Numbers 11:16)
Seventy symbolizes perfect spiritual order carried out with God’s power. Who will be affected by God enforcing His governmental laws?
But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup. For he that eats and drinks unworthily, eats and drinks damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord's body. For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep. For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged. But when we are judged, we are chastened of the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world. (1 Corinthians 11:28-32 AKJV)
The cup and drink refers to the elements of communion. How many declared Jesus as their savior yet they do not examine their lives to see if they are living according to God’s ways. We are supposed to continually examine our lives. If we don’t we are “chastened” which is a polite way of saying bad stuff will happen.
Therefore we must pay much closer attention to what we have heard, lest we drift away from it. (Hebrews 2:1 ESV)
Up until now, Christians have been traveling along unhindered. Many Christians and even leaders have drifted far from God’s ways. Those who continue in the flesh (dust) may find their jobs or ministries crashing (cars) or even lose their lives (homes). God is saying it is time to course correct or you will receive a hard correction.
Seventy-one cars crashed. This number represents the evil descendants of good people and God’s wrath catching up to them. We find this meaning in the story of Gideon.
God used Gideon to overthrow the Midianite domination of the Israelites. After securing victory over his enemies he settled down to marry many wives and become one of Israel's Judges. He has 71 sons, seventy of which are through wives and one of which is through his concubine who lived in Shechem.
And Gideon had threescore and ten sons of his body begotten: for he had many wives. And his concubine that was in Shechem, she also bare him a son, whose name he called Abimelech (Judges 8:30-31 KJV).
Gideon named son number 71 Abimelech. He was determined to become king so he murdered all but one of his brothers in cold blood (Judges 9)! His many sins, however, would soon catch up to him. After Abimelech ruled like a tyrant for three years, he was severely injured when an unknown woman, from the top of a tower, dropped a millstone on his head! (Judges 9:53-54).
Those who refuse to turn from sin, especially leaders, will be judged by God. After three years, they and/or their ministries will die. From the message of 313 and the eclipses on 2024, and March 13, 2025, we know that the Witness of the Second Coming is a woman. Don’t get bent out of shape; instead, read the messages and the scriptures, then decide! How perfect that the evil descendant was killed by a woman!
The Earthquake
How about that earthquake? Where does it fit into all this? There is no fault line close to the city where it happened, so the fact the epicenter was there is quite remarkable. We have to look at the city of Magee, Mississippi. It was named after the grist mill owned by Arthur Magee.
Arthur: Bear, meaning strength, and man: man of strength
Magee: Son of Fire, fire is a correction
Grist Mill: used to grind grain that has been separated from the chaff
John the Baptist was a man of great strength who brought correction to God’s people, urging them to repent or turn from sin. God’s people are likened to grain in the parable of the farmer. It is time for the harvest, and the chaff will be removed from the grain! Is there more about Magee that confirms it is speaking about the Witness who will wear the mantle of Elijah once more? Jesus told us what God did the last time for Israel, He will do again!
And the disciples asked Him, “Then why do the scribes say that first Elijah must come?”
He answered, “Elijah does come, and he will restore all things. But I tell you that Elijah has already come, and they did not recognize him, but did to him whatever they pleased…” (Matthew 17:10-12 ESV)
Jesus said that Elijah “does come and will restore,” these words are future tense: it will happen. When Jesus said this, John the Baptist was dead! This means one of the Two Witnesses will wear the mantle of Elijah, just as John did! How do we know this person is not the Witness of the Second Coming?
One of the first things mentioned concerning the city of Magee is that the historic BAPTIST church burned down in 2013 and was finally rebuilt in 2017. The eclipse representing the witness wearing the mantle of Elijah crossed America in 2017, that same year! See the messages on the eclipses for more details about why everything about them points to how they will be equipped.
According to scientists, the quake in Magee indicates that the Madrid fault beneath the Mississippi River is becoming active once more. Should Christians fail to heed God’s warnings and amend their ways, there will be an earthquake along the fault around Carbondale, Illinois. This is where the eclipses representing the Two Witnesses cross, and it will occur after a temple is built in Jerusalem and when the Witnesses are doing their jobs.
Where was the prophecy concerning the Witness of the Second Coming? We have covered that in many messages, and the links will be in the description. Today, the Lord has asked me to share with you someone who prophesied about the coming of this Witness:
There once was a man who was asked to preach at a church back in the '70s-'80s. He had a visit to Heaven, which I believe is the absolute truth. After the visit, he went immediately to the church to preach. The congregation pointed and gasped at him for his face shone with the glory of God, just like Moses.
There were no cell phones with cameras, and the services had not yet been recorded. However, the preacher wrote a book documenting this experience. Here is what happened:
During lunch with the pastors, the Holy Spirit spoke to him and instructed him to go and pray. Excusing himself from lunch, he went to his hotel room. As he knelt to pray, his guardian angel appeared, whom he recognized from past encounters.
This angel took him to Heaven in a “chariot,” which resembled an elevator cut in half. I will not go into the details of what he experienced, only what applies here. During this visit to Heaven, the preacher encountered Jesus twice, and each time He said the same thing. The preacher asked:
“Then what am I doing here? Why are You doing this?”
(Jesus) “I want you to go back and tell My people I’m coming.”
“But they won’t believe me,” I said.
“They didn’t believe it for centuries, but I came, and I am coming again.” Then He put His hand on my shoulder. I'll never forget it. He looked at me and said, “There are many things you shall see and learn here, but I have brought you here so that you will go tell My people I’m coming.”
I said, “They know that.”
“No, they don't know that. I brought you here so that you would go tell them I'm coming. Do you hear Me? I'm coming. Go tell them.”
The second time Jesus met up with the preacher, Jesus said this:
The Lord was firm with me, “Tell them I'm coming, Jesse.”
I said, “Lord, when are You coming back?”
He didn't answer me directly, but He said, “Everyone looks for the signs when they ought to look for My witness.”
This is an excerpt from the book “Close Encounters of a God Kind” by Jesse Duplantis. I am not supporting the sale of this book, for Jesus was very angry at those who sold items for worshiping God in the temple. There is a free PDF online; search for the title and PDF.
Like many of the leaders today, there has been much wandering from the path of God’s ways for this minister and his ministry, so I do not recommend following it. That being said, I do believe that at this point, Jesus did speak to Jesse. Unfortunately, like many other things, what was said was misunderstood:
I (Jesse) understood Him to mean that we are looking at the signs of the times as the return of the Lord. He wants us to look at the witness of Who He is, the Person of Jesus Christ.
Jesus said to “look for My Witness.” We look “for” something that is to come. We look “at” something that has already occurred. God sent a witness to prepare the world for the first coming of His son, would He not send a witness for the second?

One final note, which the Lord brought to me this morning. Take a look at this map. This is a screenshot from a popular YouTube weather guy. I did not draw on this map; he did. A pink line highlights the path of this storm. Pink… what gender is associated with that color? Where does that line begin? The Witness of the Second Coming is from the Americas as shown by the Lunar Eclipse on March 13th, 2025. The pink line begins where the three states connect. The Witness comes from one of those three: Montana, Wyoming, or Idaho!
The time is upon us. The Lord said to look for His witness. Will you look at the traditions taught in your church? Are you willing to learn and apply God’s ways? There are free online classes: all materials, all classes, even tutoring, are free. There is an Online Christian Church app for iPhone and Android mobile devices. There is no excuse not to learn God’s ways! He is coming SOON!
